Within The UK:
The cost of delivery is set at £2.80 plus VAT (£3.36). We send orders by Royal Mail 48; this means that most orders arrive within 2-3 days of being sent to you. Occasionally for larger orders we use a tracked courier service which takes 2 days.
The delivery charge is based on the weight of your parcel. You will see how much this is, once you choose your shipping country as you go through checkout.
We will send your order by the Royal Mail International Tracked service. This usually arrives within 3-5 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Parcels over 2 kgs may be sent by a tracked Road Courier service.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible while ensuring its security in the delivery process. We do not make money by artificially inflating the shipping charge.
If your order does not arrive, we will offer you a full refund or will send your order again.
