Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. (Please note the test kits we sell in this store are not suitable for use by the general public.)After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the unlikely case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping within the UK is £2.25 plus VAT. Elsewhere the cost of shipping is based on the actual cost to us. This is approximately 5-8 % of your order value within Europe, and 8-10 % of your order value outside of Europe, but is more for books, boxes and empty vials. As you go through the checkout process, your shipping costs will be shown before you make your final purchase.We have different shipping arrangements depending on your country.
For the UK:
Small orders are sent by first class post with Royal Mail. If an order value is over £50, it will be sent 1st class recorded mail; if over £100 then it will be sent by 24hr courier service.
For outside the UK:
Small orders are sent by Royal Mail airmail. Orders over £30.00 are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, a trackable service, if it is available for the destination country. You will be sent a separate email with tracking details, if we are able to send your order in this way.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1-2 business days .Delivery times within Europe are usually 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times otside Europe are usually 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if you would rather not wait.Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Your total costs are shown before you enter your credit card details.If you are registered for VAT in an EU country other than the UK, please use the contact form to contact us so we can arrange for your order to be without VAT.
