Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. (Please note the test kits we sell in this store are not suitable for use by the general public.)After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Shipping And HandlingShipping within the UK is at a fixed amount regardless of the value of your order, currently the cheapest is £2.70 for second class postage. Elsewhere the cost of shipping is based on the actual cost to us. This is approximately 5% of your order value within Europe, and 7% of your order value outside of Europe.As you go through the checkout process, your shipping costs will be shown before you make your final purchase. |
Delivery ScheduleWe will normally dispatch your order to you in 3-5 business days .Delivery times within the UK will depend on the shipping type you choose during the checkout process. Delivery times within Europe are usually 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times otside Europe are usually 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch. |
