Delivery Information

We usually dispatch orders within one to two days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Within The UK
In the UK this is by Royal Mail 1st Class post if the total value of the order is less than £100.00 and by next-day courier if it is more than that.
Carriage within the UK is a standard charge of £1.25 plus VAT.

Carriage Elsewhere
The cost of shipping is based on the actual cost to us. This is approximately 7% of your order value within Europe, and 10% of your order value outside of Europe, but is more for books, boxes and empty vials.
