Crystal Herb Essences

Chakra means ‘wheel’ and refers to subtle energy nodes on the body. It is usually accepted that there are 7 major chakras going from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra is described in terms of colour, emotion, etc.,. This set of 10 chakra essences includes the seven major chakras and three related minor ones.

Each essence is a combination of crystals and flowers. The 10 chakra essences are:

1. The Higher Chakra : silver, green jasper, convolvulus and lavender
2. The Crown Chakra: gold, sugilite, lotus and Queen Anne's lace
3. The Brow Chakra: diamond, amethyst, petunia and nasturtium
4. The Throat Chakra: lapis lazuli, aquamarine, bluebell and snapdragon
5. The Higher Heart Chakra: rubellite, sapphire, rosa de la hay and ipomea

10. The Feet Chakra: boji stone, bo, passionflower and loosestrife.

Usual way to take them: take four drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day.
